Aluminum Dock Plate Model B - Features
DOCK PLATE MODEL B DRAWING |
Light Weight
At 1/2" thick, the Model B dock plate offers the same portability and ease of use found with the Model A dock plate, except at a marginally higher capacity. While not ideal for motorized equipment, its light weight makes it perfect for delivery vehicles and light duty loading docks. Portable
Hand hold punch outs on each side of the dock plate make lifting and moving a cinch. Optional Feature
EZ-Roll Handles
Most dock plates are light enough two people could move them with ease; however when one person is responsible for placing and removing any plate in excess of safe lifting weights you may want to consider the EZ-roll handle option. Designed for loading docks without forklifts or where staff are often required to position boards by hand, the EZ-Roll Handle system eliminates the risk of injury presented by moving a 80+lbs board. Simply attached to the side with the side bolts, the Ez-Roll handle system cantilevers the dock plate allowing for personnel to roll up to the loading dock and position the plate. When in use and stored the handles collapse to rest at the sides of the plate. |
