Return Policy
We make every effort to accommodate requests for returned merchandise. Please call our Customer Service at 1-800-741-1258 or email sales@loadingdocksupply.com for assistance in making arrangements for returns. Custom items and products with lead times are non-returnable, with the exception of vendor approval. In the case return authorization is granted, merchandise must be returned to the designated address freight Prepaid and side marked with the assigned return authorization number. It is the returnee’s duty to ensure all parts being returned have everything that was originally included when purchased. This includes any hardware that came with the parts. Make sure to securely package all parts to avoid any damage during shipping. Any parts received damaged or missing components may/will be denied credit or an additional charge will be added for missing components/damage. This is in addition to any restock fees that apply. Please be aware that returns may take up to 10 weeks to process. A restocking fee of up to 30% will be enforced on all items returned.

Damaged Goods/Shortages
To protect your interest, it is imperative to inspect and count articles before accepting shipment. Damages or shortages should be documented on the delivery receipt. If damage or shortage occurs, mark the BOL provided by the carrier and contact our Customer Service Department for assistance in filing a claim. With the exception of having marked missing or damaged items, signing a BOL and taking possession of goods from the carrier is an implicit agreement that items were delivered free and clear of damages and loss.

Warranty
All products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions of usage, provided our recommended installation and maintenance instructions are followed. (We will not be liable for damages in excess of the purchase price of the product.)
